I understand that this ticket is final sale & non-refundable, weather reliant, required for all ages 2 & up, and is valid for a single time entry into The Pumpkin Pad during any of our 2022 Fall operating dates and hours, select weekends, or unlimited entries depending on the ticket type purchased. Season dates & hours may change depending on weather and availability. In the event of mechanical failure or inclement weather, The Pumpkin Pad may close attractions without notice. I understand that The Pumpkin Pad is not open weekdays during our 2022 Fall Season.

Under Missouri law, there is no liability for an injury or death of a participant in a registered agritourism activity conducted at this registered agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of such agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, but are not limited to, the potential of you as a participant to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death and the potential of another participant to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death.
